Assgment 3 : birthday card

This is my third assignment for COMPUTER GRAPHICS 1

BIRTHDAY CARD

I choose this card as the redesign card .



Steps in redesign the birthday card :







The first step that i do is creating a line on the A3 .








The second step is creating the background for the card . I use the rectangle shape and using a brush tool i create a heart shape on the background .











After that i started to create the cake by using pen tool . Im using a bit of
vector style to create the cake .











Then i decorate the cake with a marble candy . I use circle shape to create the marble candy and i use the gradient tool to make it more realistic . I create the candle by using pen tool .










After i have done all the decorating , i started to make the greeting section for the card i use the same way to create the background by using rectangle shape . I just play around with the colors so that the whole card blend in together .











The final step of creating the card is creating the words . For the front side of the card i use brush tool . In the greeting section i use the writing tool . By using a more like harmony font , the words can blend with the overall colors of the card . This is the final look of my redesign birthday card :D

Second assignment for computer graphics ...

Hi ,
This is my second assignment for CG1 ..


For this assignment i need to create a calendar based on a festive season like Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and so on. In other words, you are to create a calendar based on the month the festival fall into.


I choose Christmas festival ..
It is the day where Chirstian people celebrate an annual holiday celebrated on December 25 that commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ. The day marks the beginning of the larger season of Christmastide, which lasts twelve days.




Below i can show my work in step-by-step ...




I use Paintbrush tool (B) , i choose the chalk scribble brush for my work . i use green color for the leaf and brown for the stick .







Next i draw a Christmas candy cane by using the same tool but with different color . I use red and white base on the candy color .








I copy the candy that i have drawn by pressing CTRL and ALT . I put it on the tree as the decoration for the Christmas tree .







To add up the look of a decorated Chirstmas tree I draw a Chirstmas ball and still using the same tool . only this time i use yellow color for it .







I copy the Chirstmas ball that i have drawn by pressing CTRL and ALT . I repeat the same steps as i did with the Chirstmas candy cane only this time im using the Chirstmas ball .









Next step i draw a star to put on the top of the tree . Still using the same tool and using yellow color .









This time i dont need to copy the star . Just by using selection tool (V) i put the star on the pick of the tree .








This is the calendar look . It's not completed yet . Still in progress .

That is the steps for the calendar making . After this im going to show i do the rest of my calendar .
